The study was aimed to establish the relationship between parents’ involvement in university management and students’ performance at Ndejje University. It was guided by three objectives that is, to establish the relationship between parents’ involvement in decision making, planning and university accountability on students’ academic performance at Ndejje University. It was a descriptive cross-sectional survey design in terms of approaches, it was majorly quantitative with 280 students in Ndejje University serving as study respondents. These were sampled using simple random, convenience, purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a survey questionnaire and interview guide. They were analysed using frequencies, percentages, means at univariate level. At bivariate level, they were analysed using Pearson’s correlation coefficient technique, while qualitative data was thematically analyzed. Findings revealed a highly positive significant relationship between parents’ involvement in decision making, university accountabilities and students’ academic performance at Ndejje University. However it revealed an insignificant relationship between parents’ involvement in university planning and students academic performance at Ndejje University. To improve students’ performance, Ndejje University management should endeavor to involve parents in decision making by inviting them to attend meetings, respect their views and implement the constructive ones; however, it may not emphasize parents’ involvement in university planning process. Finally, management should let parents get involved in university accountability by letting them ask for value for money paid, allow them monitor and supervise university operations to enhance students’ academic performance.en_US
