    Abstract
Ugandan farming community is facing a multitude of problems to maximize crop productivity. In spite of successful research on new agricultural practices concerning crop cultivation, the majority of farmers are not getting upper-bound yield due to several reasons. One of the reasons is that farmers are not well monitored and evaluated to determine their performance and problems by looking at the farmers outset needs. The project focuses on management of information got from monitoring and evaluation of the farmers’ performance after acquiring the relevant farming techniques during training in relation to their enterprise requirements. It aims at establishing an online information management application for SATNET-Kabarole. The project analyzes the requirements and then comes up with the requirements specifications. It studies other related systems and then comes up with system specifications. The system is then designed in accordance with specifications to satisfy the requirements and is implemented with MYSQL, PHP, and HTML.
