The study examined the relationship between sexual harassment, job satisfaction and performance of female staff of Mountains of the Moon University in Kabarole District. Specifically, the study correlated sexual harassment tendencies with job satisfaction and job performance of female staff. A correlational, cross-sectional survey design was used to guide the study. A sample of 76 respondents was systematically selected to participate in the study. Data were collected with the use of questionnaires and interview guide. Frequencies and percentages were used to show the distribution of respondents on different items. Pearson Linear Correlation Coefficient was used to establish the relationships between sexual harassment tendencies, job satisfaction and job performance of female staff. The study findings empirically revealed that; (i) there is no significant positive relationship between sexual harassment and job satisfaction of female staff; and (ii) there is no significant positive relationship between sexual harassment and job performance of female staff of Mountains of the Moon University. The researcher concluded that (i) Sexual harassment does not enhance job satisfaction of female staff; (ii) Sexual harassment does not significantly affect job performance of female staff of the Mountains of the Moon University It is therefore, recommended that Mountains of the Moon University management should ascertain other factors that may influence job satisfaction and performance of female employees. The researcher suggests that a more systematic study be carried on variables like, workload, administrative policies, employee involvement, work environment, remuneration and recognition, resource availability and utilization to check whether they are correlated to sexual harassment.en_US
