    Abstract
The acquisition of tickets to football matches in Uganda is a process that takes rather so long than necessary. This is due to the unnecessary steps that are involved before a person is able to acquire or pay for a ticket. This project report identifies and discusses the current ticket issuing system and in detail describes the process of developing and the way of operating the online ticket ordering system. The online ticket ordering system seeks to investigate the ability to do away with the manual system of issuing tickets to football matches in Uganda. Customers (Football Fans) should be able to order for tickets online without having to waste time lining up in long lines to buy a ticket on the real day of the match. The customers’ information should be verified by the administrators who are responsible for issuing the tickets.
