A project report submitted to the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the award of the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Degree of Makerere Universityen_US
The main aim of the project was to automate the fees structuring procedure in Secondary school, and also to provide an over view of how funds should be allocated to planned activities depending on the generated fees structure. The current fees structuring process is entirely manual with tiresome calculations involved. The study was carried out at Light College Katikamu. The key role players in the research study were the school director and the bursar. The puzzling workload for determining different class fees structure was summarized by only entering the required requirement categories in the system and by a single click the results are given. The developed system provides the decision support making.en_US
