    Abstract
    The book presents research work in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information technology, ICT for Development, Software Engineering, Data Communication and Computer Networks and Computer Engineering. The topics that are considered include: semi-supervised learning, dynamic resource allocation, automatic auction mechanisms, applied grid computing, information systems paradigms, language translations, decision, bio-health applications, security issues in Wireless Sensor Networks, network path optimization, and access network for ISDN, investigations into ICT adoption amongst grassroots NGOs; mobile phone use for development, gender and ICT, service oriented architectures, culture effects on software development and e-learning for rural communities.
