This research aimed at examining the relationship between flexible working arrangements and employee productivity with the mediating role of work-life balance at MTN-Uganda. The study was premised on three objectives: to examine the effect of flexible working arrangements on employee productivity, to establish the effect of work-life balance on employee productivity, and to investigate the influence of work-life balance in the relationship between flexible working arrangements and employee productivity at MTN-UGANDA. The study employed cross-sectional and correlational survey research with a quantitative study approach, which involved collecting numerical data from 180 respondents out of a sample of 190 staff at MTN Uganda using a survey questionnaire.. The study revealed that among the dimensions of flexible working arrangements; flex-time directly influences employee productivity while teleworking does not. The study also found out that among the dimensions of work life balance; Personal Life Interference with Work mediates the relationship between flex-time and employee productivity while Work Interference with Personal life has no mediating effect on the same relationship. The study therefore, recommended that MTN Implements work shifts and flex-time more as they necessitate proper scheduling resulting into job flexibility, which is a positive contributor to employee productivity, in addition provide regular training to their employees on how to better utilize and manage their time while teleworking especially from home, enrich the organizational culture with current workplace trends, which could motivate employees to be more productive, integrate Workers' social programs with the company's overall operations so as Individual worker concerns should be addressed effectively for instance for instance the nursing homes for the new mothers and initiate more retention policies to see to it they are able to retain all their staff having equipped them with the right skill set, technical expertise and knowledge.en_US
