dc.description.abstract Purpose of the study: The study explored the causes of poor financial performance at Exim bank Uganda Limited for the last three years (2018 -2020), established the financial performance trend during this period and suggested appropriate strategies for the bank to shield against financial losses and improve its financial performance. Objectives of the study: i) To establish the trend in financial performance of Exim Bank Limited for the period 2018 to 2020. ii) To establish the causes of poor financial performance at Exim Bank Limited iii) To recommend appropriate strategies that can shield Exim Bank against financial losses and improve her financial performance. en_US
