Field industrial training report on construction management

Abstract

This field report was an interactive tool and application of skills learnt during Field industrial training as a requirement to the award of Post Graduate Diploma in construction management. Scope of field training ranged in Roads, planning and management, environment management and experience in office work. To obtain enough skills case studies were of my emphasis, the roads maintenance, water works planning and management at the district level and in Town council and lessons practically learnt in relation to studied theoretical course content. Therefore, chapters in this report explain the case studies, the skill of management learnt and the challenge with possible solution during training May to August 2020
