    Abstract
    Adjumani District Local Government through the department of Education and Sports has the mandate to plan and develop quality educational infrastructures such as teachers’ houses and VIP drainable latrine stances. Upon this, Adjumani District in her Development Plan II referred to as District Development Plan II (DDPII) 2015/2016 to 2019/2020 which was the principal development planning, implementation and monitoring guide in which the District prioritized Construction of Teachers’ Houses in the primary schools. Hence in the FY 2017/2018, Adjumani District Council approved a budget of UGX 180,000,000 (One Hundred Eighty Million shillings only) for the construction of one block of teachers’ house and two blocks of two stance VIP drainable latrine at Magburu PS in Ogboro Village, Okangali Parish, Ciforo Sub-County, Adjumani District.
