    Abstract
    This report details all project management practices that the author participated in as the Consultant‟s Project Manager during the construction of Kyoga Water Management Zone (KWMZ) Office Block in Mbale Municipality. Chapter One introduces the project, briefly describing the background of the project, the scope, the funders, the consultant‟s team, the contractor and the client. The project entailed construction of 2 storey office block and a laboratory block. It gives comprehensive information on the various aspects of contract administration practices, and application of project management knowledge during implementation of the project under discussion. Chapter Two focuses on the construction supervision activities and contract administration procedures undertaken during the execution stage of the project. It also highlights key project miles backed with pictorial evidence. Chapter Three; discussed the various contractual features of the project that were managed using the project management tools and techniques to achieve success on the project delivery. The project management tools and techniques employed in order to manage project scope, times, cost and quality respectively were highlighted. Chapter Four; provides lessons learnt during project execution and concluding remarks.
