    Abstract
    This report details Construction and Project Management Practices that transpired during the execution of Mixed Use Development on plot 92D Old Kira Road, Bukoto- Nakawa Division Kampala District. Chapter One; gives an introduction of the project, briefly discussing the background of the project, scope, funders, consultants and other stakeholders and roles played by each. Chapter Two presents the scope of works showing the work components executed, methodologies, tools and equipment used, and general project implementation procedures. Chapter three discusses the Construction Management issues, construction structure, while Chapter four discusses the conclusions and recommendations about the project and the entire construction industry about key issues.
