A representative sample of 156 bank employees participated in the study. Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to test the study hypothesis. Regression analysis was used to predict the effect of organizational training and knowledge management on competitive advantage. The study revealed that knowledge management is a more significant predictor of competitive advantage than organizational training. According to the study, the variance of 32.8% in competitive advantage can be attributed to the study variables.
