Abstract
The study undertook to establish the relationship between, organizational culture, organizational change, empowerment, organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance in Posta Uganda. A descriptive cross sectional design was used to generate quantitative data from 150 randomly selected respondents from Posta Uganda operations department. Statistical analysis of data generated frequencies from which the tables were drawn. The study revealed a positive significant relationship between organizational change and organizational culture, a positive relationship between organizational change and empowerment, a positive relationship between organizational culture and empowerment, a negative relationship between empowerment and OCB and a positive significant relationship between OCB and employee performance. The study recommends that there is need to empower employees during organizational cultural change such that employees can engage in OCBS to enhance their performance.
