dc.description.abstract In this paper we analyze the potential for ICT enabled services by Ugandan firms to both clients within Uganda and outside Uganda. We highlight the opportunities and challenges of providing ICT-enabled services by Ugandan firms to companies, organizations, and government departments within Uganda and outside Uganda. We also suggest ways of addressing a common challenge of managing and meeting client expectations in ICT-enabled sourcing services and highlight key recommendations.
