| dc.description.abstract | Research excellence is the manifestation of high degree of quality of research. Research excellence is measured using peer review and citation analysis. These two approaches are widely used as de facto standard for measurement of research excellence. However, these approaches have got some weaknesses and therefore and a metric was proposed to address some of the identified weaknesses and develop a tool that uses the metric in measurement of research excellence in higher education institutions. | en_US |
