Abstract

The report is about construction and project management practices that the author learnt in the field during training. Chapter one entails a brief introduction and background of the project, scope, funders, consultants and stakeholders. Chapter two has the construction methodologies and activities that were carried in execution of some activities. Chapter three discusses the project management knowledge that was used during implementation and administration of the contract and finally chapter four discusses the challenges that were met and how they were solved and lessons that the author learnt in the project.
