    Abstract
    This study set out to analyze the legal and regulatory framework for corporate takeovers, mergers, and acquisitions in Uganda focusing on the telecommunication and banking sectors in Uganda with the overall aim of suggesting strategies to improve the regulation of corporate takeovers in the two sectors.
