Abstract

An ordinance to make better provision for the constitution of native courts in Buganda for administration of justice and to implement the Uganda Agreement (clan cases), 1924, the Uganda Agreement, 1900, and the Uganda (judicial) agreement, 1905, as varied by the Native Courts in Buganda Proclamation, 1917.
