    Abstract
A study analyzing the sales revenue performance of Uganda Brillant Pile Ltd was carried out with the main objective of establishing the sales revenue trend of the enterprise. The study revealed that Uganda Brillant Pile had experienced a decline in sales of at least 20% over a period of 5 years. The decline in sales revenue negatively affected the enterprise in terms of profitability and cash flow to sustain business operations. The study showed that sales revenue performance would be improved if the enterprise undertook interventions such as external value chain finance from financial institutions. The study showed that Uganda Brillant’s buyers that utilized value chain finance experienced a 5.9% growth in annual sales while those that didn’t utilize value chain finance experienced a 4.5% decline in annual sales. The study recommended increasing access to value chain finance for the company’s buyers since it has been shown to work, lobbying the government to improve taxation and resolve political disputes to open export markets, cost optimization and further diversifying products and markets to reverse the downward revenue trend.
