dc.description.abstractOf the over 6000 languages in the world, only a few have the resources for developing human language technologies. Human language technologies are readily available for most languages of the developed nations. Under-resourced languages, which are the majority of the world languages, have not attracted much attention from researchers and donors due to economical and political reasons.
