dc.description.abstract | Of the over 6000 languages in the world, only a few have the resources for developing human language technologies. Human language technologies are readily available for most languages of the developed nations. Under-resourced languages, which are the majority of the world languages, have not attracted much attention from researchers and donors due to economical and political reasons. We present strategies for improving the human language technologies for under-resourced languages. | en_US |
